One of the best-kept secrets in the PCA is a ministry whose top priority is reaching men for Christ and discipling men in their spiritual growth. The name of the organization is Man in the Mirror, founded by Patrick M. Morley. Pat and several of the top leaders in MIM are members in the PCA. They have expressed a willingness to partner with CE&P in developing a more intentional and focused program for men in the PCA.

Our plan is to provide one of their excellent resource guides called Men's Ministry Action Plan under CE&P. We also plan to create a monthly e-letter on PCA men's ministry for churches who are interested in news, ideas, and development for men's ministry.

MIM also has developed a National Training Center to equip, inspire, and validate leaders in men's ministry. They are willing to work with churches on a regional basis to train a men's ministry specialists in regions all across the country.

There are several PCA pastors who already represent MIM in different regions. Pete Alwinson is a conference/seminar speaker and Gary Yagel, a minister in Maryland, is also a spokesman for MIM.
