Everyone process information differently. Understanding theses differences will help students learn and minimize problems that come from boredom or confusion.
Catechism, Why Bother?
This workshop will encourage churches to incorporate the  catechism in their Christian Education programs by understanding the importance of catechizing their children. We will also introduce the new curriculum from GCP which will help churches toward this goal.
Caught Not Taught
Who you are is more important than what you say. Thus, a big part of teaching is encouraging your students to follow you as you follow Christ. That’s making disciples.

Men's Ministry

A Man of God
A man of God is a disciple of Christ. If we are to be men of God first we must know what a disciple is. What does a disciple look like? What means has God provided for "growing" and "producing" men of God?
Being a Man of God
How can the church help men become men of God? What organizational units are available for making disciples (infrastructure)? What topics or subject matters should you learn/teach (curriculum)? How does everything "fit" together--God, family, work, church, friends, recreation?
Men's Ministry Resources and Models
What are some men’s ministries that are working in churches? What resources are available to help in your ministry?

Family Ministry

Raising Children God's Way: Principles and Patterns Part 1
God gives children to his people as a gift and requires that they be raised his way. We need to know who is responsible, what should be done, and how? In this workshop we will look at some biblical principles of raising children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
Raising Children God's Way: Principles and Patterns Part 2
Continued

Raising Children God's Way: Principles and Patterns Part 3
The Bible gives us the principles of raising children and directions for how to do it. We can learn how to apply these by looking at what other people have done and following godly examples. We will look at models of child rearing and try to apply what we learn to our own family and church settings
