Al Baker PicAl Baker
Pastor Al is ordained in the PCA and has been in the ministry for 30 years.  A graduate of the University of Alabama, he received his M.Div. degree from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS.  Prior to being called to Christ Community, he was Senior Pastor of Golden Isles Presbyterian Church for 10 years; while there, he served as Board Chairman of The Whitefield School from 1994-2002.  Al has been actively involved in foreign missions to Central America, Africa, The British Isles, Asia and the Far East.  He is author of Seeking a Revival Culture: Essays on Fortifying an Anemic Church, published in 2009 by Wipf and Stock (info), and he writes a weekly e-mail devotional for 1,000+ readers, Forget None of His Benefits (read now).  His preaching is heard on Between Two Worlds, a weekly program airing on three Connecticut radio stations.  Al and his wife, Wini, have been married over 35 years and have three grown children, Andrew, Allen and Jeff, and four precious grandchildren.

Bruce McRae
Dr. Bruce McRae has been an ordained minister for 24 years — the first 3 years in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church, and the last 21 in the Presbyterian Church in America. He currently serves as the Director of Church Relations for Great Commission Publications, the publishing company owned jointly by the PCA and the OPC. He also teaches courses at Reformed Theological Seminary in Atlanta, and Covenant Seminary in St. Louis. He is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Westminster Seminary (M Div), Fuller Seminary (D Min) and Georgia State University (MBA). Before serving at Great Commission Publications, he served as a senior pastor, as an executive pastor, and as a marketing manager at UPS. He is the author of a modern language version of the classic work The Gospel Mystery of Sanctification. He and his wife Katie live in Atlanta and have three children.
