For 25 years the CEP staff has trained
thousands of officers in hundreds of PCA
churches-- training and equipping elders and deacons to be godly overseers of the
church. In recent years CEP has become a resource to local churches who desire to
develop meaningful discipleship ministries to their non-ordained men. Because the
formation of men's ministry is organic and begins in the local church, CEP serves to
network stronger, existing ministries with fledgling efforts and to provide resources for
the benefit of the local church.
