Randy Nabors  Senior Pastor, New City Fellowship, Chattanooga, Tennessee since 1976.  Randy has helped to develop a permanent committee of Mercy in the Tennessee Valley Presbytery, and has taught and trained extensively in the area of mercy and diaconal ministry. He serves as the movement leader for the Urban and Mercy Network of Mission to North America for the PCA.
