Seminar:
Seniors Ministry in the Local Church
We believe God works in the covenant family and uses the older
generation to pass on the faith to the younger generation;
therefore, the church has an ongoing challenge to keep the seniors
front and center in its ministry. Seniors play a vital role in
the church’s ministry, not only among seniors themselves but also
through them to all phases of the church’s ministry.
Purpose:
To encourage ministry to and by Seniors, in our churches and
communities.
The Goal:
To equip a group of people in each local church, to
understand the
issues relating to senior life and
ministry, and to develop
ministries to and by seniors in your church and
community.
Facilitator:
Dr. George C. Fuller,
former president of Westminster Seminary, PA
Who should attend:

"I found the seminar to
be rich with information, eye-opening, and helpful in giving
perspective. You did exactly what Scripture calls teaching elders to do:
you equipped the saints to do the work of ministry."
