(formerly Finishing Well)
This seminar
draws on the passion of Carol Arnold to communicate to women,
married and single, about the ministry of marriage. Through her
experience as a married, resentful, wife of a pastor who didn’t
share her dream for travel and adventure, we hear how God taught
Carol her first priority was her marriage and then everything
else will fall into place.
Carol’s fulltime
work is with Equipping Pastors International – a missions
organization developed to train and equip pastors and their
wives, mainly in third world countries. Carol teaches on
the subjects, “The Pastors Wife” and “Attacks of Men in the
Ministry from a Wife’s Perspective” among other topics.
While a pastor’s
wife, Carol has been homemaker - raising four sons, active
in church work and community work. Carol has served on the
Women’s Advisory Sub-Committee for the PCA’s Christian
Education and Publications’ Women in the Church, advisor for
Covenant College Board of Directors and Board of Mission to
North America.
Carol’s
husbands, Jack L. Arnold, died January 9, 2005, while
preaching in his home church on his life verse, “For to me
to live is Christ, and to die is gain”. His last words
were, “…and when I go to heaven…”
