Seminar:
The Root of Conflict - Our Idolatrous Hearts
How often do you have the same argument with your husband?
Daughter? Mother-in-law? Are certain women in your church like
“oil and water”—that is, “they just don’t mix!” (And everyone
knows it.) What about you—do you ever indulge in habitual sins,
repent, and wonder, “Will I ever get over this
temptation?” The Bible clearly teaches that we act and
speak the way we do because of what is in our hearts. Our
relational conflicts and internal strife reveal with great
clarity the condition of our hearts—and only the gospel of Jesus
Christ can change our hearts. Join us in this seminar as we
consider how to effectively apply Scripture to the heart so that
God’s grace might turn us away from our idolatrous demands as we
find our satisfaction in Christ alone..
