Panel Description:
Voices of Single Women in the Church
Created in the image of God, each individual within the family
of God reflects characteristics of God in unique ways. Scripture
teaches that we live as a body, a unified whole, with each
member contributing to the symphonic function of the whole which
ultimately is praise and worship before the King of the
universe. Too often the Church views single men and women as
incomplete or as individuals needing ministry, rather than as
ministering saints who contribute to the corporate function of
the Church. This panel of single women (widowed, divorced, never
married) brings unique philosophies and experiences of serving
God within the fellowship of God’s people. They invite you to
explore with them the Lord’s perspective of singleness within
His covenant family.
