Q: How can I register a group of
people under one credit card?
A: Visit
www.pcacep.org/wic06 and enter the Registration page. After
clicking “secure online registration” select “register now.” You
may choose to register as an individual or for a church. Each
option will allow you to register an individual and continue
adding registrations to the same process until you are ready to
check out.

Q: Can I place registrations for my
church even though I don’t have names of the specific people who
will be using the registrations?
A: Yes! Enter our online registration and select that you
are registering for a church. Once you reach the “Attendee
Information” page, you will see a note at the top of the page
that explains how to register a person “To Be Determined”. After
you complete the registration process you will receive an email
from the webmaster that includes a confirmation ID that is
unique to each individual registration. That ID combined with
the email address listed in the registration process will all
you to “Return to change your conference registration” through
the conference registration webpage. You can use this feature to
transfer registrations from one person to another, assign a name
to a “TBD” registration”, add pre-conference seminars to your
registration or update other contact information.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Registrations are not refundable but are transferable.

Hotels
Q: Does registering for the conference
secure my hotel room?
A:
No. Registration for the conference does not include hotel
reservations. Reserving hotel room(s) is a separate process.
Q: How do I reserve a hotel room?
A: Visit
www.pcacep.org/wic06/accommodations.htm for information
regarding the four conference hotels. From this page you can
compare the hotels (prices, location, etc.), reserve a room by
calling the 800# listed or through the web link constructed
specifically for our conference unique to each hotel.
-back

Q: Do I have to reserve a room at the
conference hotels?
A: Not at all! The conference hotels are an amenity the
conference planners are providing for attendees by going ahead
of you and negotiating lower prices than individuals could
secure on their own. If you live in Atlanta and want to spend
the night at home, would like to stay with those you know in
Atlanta, or prefer to stay at another hotel, you are certainly
welcome to do so! In your planning it would be wise to examine
the conference schedule and weigh the value of spending the
night downtown rather than travel early/late each day or contend
with the city’s traffic.

Q: What if I can’t reserve a hotel
room at my preferred hotel at the special conference rates?
A: If your first-choice hotel is already full, it would be
wise for you to go ahead and reserve a room at your second-choice
location. After securing a room, you can still periodically
contact your first-choice hotel to see if any rooms have come
available, then release your initial reservation.

Scholarships
Q: Are there scholarships
available?
A: Yes! Because of the generosity of others, CE&P will be
able to offer some Conference Cost scholarships. These
scholarships will be for conference fees only and will not
include hotel accommodations. Our first priority will be
missionary and international women who will have high travel
cost. Contact the
conference
registrar to learn about the application process. We
encourage you to prayerfully approach your local church and your
presbytery for scholarship help first.

Q: Are there discounts for
families, pastors’ wives, missionaries or anyone else?
A: No. The conference planners were very intentional in
the planning process to keep the cost of the conference as low
as possible. For this reason,
there was no buffer added into registration costs that can be
taken off for particular demographics.

Q: How can I donate toward
scholarships for others?
A: If you would like to give toward the scholarship fund,
you have two options. The registration process presents an
opportunity to add a donation toward the scholarship of others.
You may also choose to send a check made out to CE&P with the
memo: WIC Intl Scholarship Fund (mail to: CE&P; 1700 North Brown
Rd; Lawrenceville, GA 30043).

A: Yes. We simply ask that you use discretion and be sensitive to the other
attendees.

Q: What meals will be provided during
the conference?
A: Your conference registration covers a banquet that will
be served on Saturday night. Those who register for the
pre-conference will receive a lunch on Friday. There are dozens
of restaurant choices near the Georgia World Congress Center and
even inside the conference hotels! Some attendees will bring
breakfast and snack foods with them to be kept in their hotel
room instead of buying all meals.

Q: What is the appropriate attire?
A: Come dressed comfortably! Bring a sweater or
