Seminar:
God's
Redemptive Design for Our Sexuality
If you sit
in church and look to your left and right, you would find women
who presently struggle with a wide range of sexual temptations.
From on line internet pornography, internet chat room romances,
homosexual pasts they still struggle with, sexual abuse from
childhood that paralyzes them from relating properly to others,
teens posting sexually seductive material to "blogs" and "My
Space" to compete with their friends, or marriages that have
"secrets that no one would understand".
This seminar
seeks to explore how to make church a safe place for women to
mentor and raise young women who are immersed in a sexually
saturated culture. How can we develop the heart of women to
embrace moral integrity without being prudish or silent about
our sexuality?
