Youth Excelling in Leadership
National Conference
You live in multiple worlds, all moving in different directions
with all sorts of conflicting rules and expectations…school,
church, family, sports, work, friends…. How does being a child
of the King effect how you plug into each world? How does each
world CONNECT into the others? What’s the glue? What’s the goal?
You’re a leader.
Do you see yourself as a leader? Does your church and youth
leader see you as a leader? The purpose of YXL is to
take the best of the best and train you to be a leader while you
are still in high school. It is also there to help prepare you
to face a world that is not only non-Christian, but
anti-Christian.

about offer
YXL,
when the 3 letters are spoken in a concise manner there is a
question in the midst of it, “Why Excel?” The answer to
that question comes though this conference: Because
Christ-centered leadership is critical for this generation.
The purpose of the YXL conference is to be used by the
Lord to gather the best, brightest and endorsed High School
students of the PCA and help them grow in the areas of Christian
Leadership Development; embracing a Reformed World and Life
view, Godly leadership principles and connecting with other
kindred-spirit students at the conference and beyond.
You’re in a community. You have a purpose. Come join us as we
challenge you to CONNECT your world.
