If you

and/or Adults)
Select an adult
contact person for your church who will be
responsible for completing the registration process.
All communications for YXL must go through this

student's parents or guardians complete the Student
Registration form and Release form.
--Have either the
Pastor, Youth Pastor or Clerk of Session complete
the Recommendations for all students.
--Have each adult
complete their Registration form and Release form.
--Have the Pastor
or Clerk of Session complete and sign the
Endorsement section of the Adult Registration Form .
--Gather and
return all forms to CEP by June 19 with a check for
the entire group. (Note: CEP will process separate
checks for participants if necessary.

Group registrations can be
processed on the website. However, groups will
need to be split by students and adults in order to
accommodate the different rates. Two separate
credit card transactions will be required.
